Step-by-Step Application Process
- Visit the Admission Portal
- Go to: admission.cpshs.ac.tz
- Create an Account
- Click on "New Applicant" or "Register".
- Fill in your details (name, email, phone number) to create an account.
- Verify your email/phone if required.
- Log In to the Portal
- Use your registered email/phone and password to log in.
- Fill the Application Form
- Select your desired program (e.g., Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, etc.).
- Enter personal details, educational background, and upload required documents.
- Upload Required Documents
- Certified copies of academic certificates (O-Level, A-Level, or Diploma).
- Birth certificate or passport.
- Passport-size photo.
- Any other documents specified by the college.
- Pay the Application Fee
- Check the portal for the application fee amount.
- Pay via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) or bank transfer as instructed.
- Upload the payment receipt if required.
- Submit the Application
- Review all entered details.
- Click "Submit" to finalize your application.
- Track Application Status
- Log in to the portal to check your admission status.
- Wait for an email/SMS notification regarding selection.
